This policy covers obsidian-wolves.com. It describes what the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to match what the site actually does.
Who we are
Obsidian Wolves LLC, a limited liability company registered in Egypt at 220 Gamal Abdel Nasser Street, El Montaza. For any question about this policy or your data, write to hello@obsidian-wolves.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The meeting form collects your name, email, company, role, preferred date, time and timezone, the topic you select and an optional message. The interest form collects your name, email, optional company and role, the areas you select, how you heard about us and an optional message. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
Spam and abuse protection
Both forms include a hidden field that real visitors never fill in; a submission that fills it is silently discarded. We also apply a rate limit keyed on the IP address in the request headers, which means we process that address transiently to count recent submissions. Where Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, your browser exchanges a token with Cloudflare to prove you are not automated; that exchange is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy terms.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in our Supabase database and reviewed by our team so we can reply. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, so we can pick up a thread you started last year. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Cookies and analytics
The public site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server request logs, and the studio area used by our own staff sets a session cookie required for sign-in.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@obsidian-wolves.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
